A personal service.
A considered approach.

Project enquiry privacy

When you make an enquiry, we use the contact details and project information you provide to respond, discuss your needs and arrange a site visit or quote. Photos help us understand your space; please only send images you’re comfortable sharing and have permission to use.

How your enquiry is handled

Online enquiries and optional photo uploads are processed on our website hosting and emailed to our business email. Uploaded photos are held temporarily during processing and are not added to a public gallery. Our hosting and email providers may retain messages, delivery logs or backups. We use a short-lived technical record to help prevent repeated or automated submissions. If the form opens your email app, nothing is sent until you review and send the message yourself. Email enquiries are handled by the email providers involved. We do not use this form to sign you up to marketing.

Maps and external links

The regional Google map loads only when you choose to view it. Links to Instagram, Facebook, Google and hipages open services with their own privacy policies. This website does not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts.
